Maybe you could carry a water bottle with you. You should always carry identification with you and you should have a medical card. You should always take a multivitamin because it will give you the energy that you need.
You should try to get enough sleep, because you will not be fun if you are sick. Make sure you are washing your hands very throughly, because this is very basic way of not getting any germs. And you need to try not to exert yourself, because when you are tired, you will not have a good time.
